Query MySQL behind a firewall through the outbound devops-client, without opening a port to the database.

Levirge DevOps is in private testing, with no public devops-client download yet.

Capabilities

  • Built for MySQL 5.7 and 8.0 or later. Older versions aren't tested.
  • A connection can be set read-only, for example for a replica. devops-client then refuses writes.
  • Passwords stay in devops-client's environment on your machine.

Limits

  • The MySQL instance must be reachable from the machine running devops-client.
  • LOAD DATA INFILE and SELECT INTO OUTFILE aren't available.
